Pricing/Terms

Minimum order amount 12 CDs

Free demos are provided for every new title ordered with a minimum quantity of 4 or more units per title.  Demos can also be purchased separately:

Credit Policies

  • New Accounts: a credit application MUST be received and approved before orders ship.  (The credit application form will automatically be opened during checkout when you indicate you are a new customer.)

  • Orders are billed due Net 30 days from shipping date (with approved credit).

  • All prepaid (credit card) orders will receive Free Freight (regular ground shipment).  Orders shipped on terms will have actual freight costs added to the order during shipment.

  • All terms and extended billing subject to credit approval.

  • Turnaround time on credit checks depends on the response time of references provided on your online form.

Exchange Program

After 90 days, clean, saleable product may be returned when accompanied by a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Credit is applied towards future orders only. (No Cash Refunds)

  • Return credit will never be higher than actual price paid

  • Christmas music is non-returnable after March 1st.

  • Returns are to be shipped to:

  • Returned product will NOT be accepted unless sent to the above address with a return authorization number. Return authorization must be obtained by calling 800/200-4656 or emailing us at sales@greenhillproductions.com.

    Displays, demos and promos are non-returnable.

  • Pricing and terms subject to change without notice.

    Accounts with a credit balance for over 6 months will be charged a 5% monthly maintenance fee.
